If you look at my MD-11 W2 and a peer's W2 of on the 777, even though we make the same Hourly rate, my Peer makes more each month.
That "Block over 10 pay" can generate him another 10-20 credit hours a month
even though both our lines might equally be scheduled at 72 or 88 for the 5 week month. Just saying.
