Yeah, you'd like to think. Problem is, it just isn't a priority, either in terms of cash, or in terms of what the AF is willing to demand from the vendor. On the latter, the AF could easily collect all of their safety data and tell GA that the next batch of Pred B's and C's are going to sit on the ramp waiting for a Japanese Inspection until they get their human factors un****ed. Which would take all of a week if they cared to finally do their homework.

But they won't. Because the AF is too busy looking for the next good vein, and GA has the junk. Literally.
