First---first year pay at G7 is more than Skywest---talk about inhumane and crap money---you got to go real low to undercut G7's starting pay.
Second---anyone at G7 that has been there 5 years is a Captain (upgrade is 1 year right now). Do the math at who is making more.
I have worked at both companys. Not really that much difference except for better benefits and retirement at Skywest---that is a better place to make a career. If you want 121 PIC time without having to sit right seat forever---G7 is the way to go. Otherwise, equipment, schedules and quality of life are about the same.
