Cruz says all you get is Nonrev privileges and no JS yet. So if your not in CASS you havent been cleared to fly the JS. The gate agent will not know you're a pilot going to training. all your res says is NRPS. So I would not think you would be authorized for it unless somehow 3M had some OCC authorization.

If its UA/CO privileges when i worked for UA any NRSA or NRPS was business casual dress or in uniform. I know for most non-reving on OA jump seating is wear your uniform or business casual.
