I didn't see it mentioned, but Crew Resources posted a Feb 2012 update to their thinking. At 9 pages it goes into a lot of details.

But the best part is crew Resources responding to some of the comments to the rotation survey. It is a very good read and shows what they are thinking about each category as well as commutable trips and non-commutable trips.
