FWS is the Fighter Weapons School (the USAF 'TOPGUN'), IP is instructor pilot, DOV means I was the Chief of the unit Standardization and Evaluation office, DOW meant the Chief of the unit Weapons and Tactics office. MPC is the old term for the Air Force headquarters that handled all personnel assignments. O-6 is the rank for Colonel. Pentagon is self-explanatory!!
