Yeah I was out of town once and went to a different dentist for a cleaning. When I woke up my pants were unbuttoned. Srsly though, he said I had a cavity and he could go ahead and take care of it. That dude just wanted to drill me. In the mouth I mean. In my tooth I mean. That lying liar.
I'd get a second opinion on a cavity. Anything greater maybe a third. Oh also same thing on a wisdom tooth like 15 years ago. Its gotta be pulled. Why? Because it exists, duh. Um, no thanks. 15 years later no issues at all.
Trust but verify.
I bet that dentist of yours probably does sedation dentistry now because it makes drilling easier.
