CAL pilots have been added to the standard employee profit sharing pool. Each share is determined as a percentage of an individual's wages/earnings to the TOTAL wages/earnings of all employees.
So, just to illustrate, if you made $100,000 of say a total $1billion in employee compensation, your portion of the profit sharing pool would equate to .0001%. An example for simplicity sake.
