Its always better to overdress than to under. I interviewed with ASA not to long ago and weared a grey suit, black shoes, and red tie. I have a buddy who was a senior captain with them and that is what he specifically stated to wear. The other guys in my group were wearing suits but were wearing pink and lime green shirts and ties?
