You don't *have* to check it until 2 hrs after your rest ends(9pm in your case) but whatever they assigned could report in your scenario as early at 3 hours after your requierd check, ie, midnight (7pm + 2 hrs to check + 3 hours to report).
I'm having trouble with these times. If I revert to long call at 7pm why would I need to check my schedule 2 hrs after rest ends? I understand the 3 hours to report but wouldn't 7am be the earliest report in this scenario?
