Think twice before you go to Xiamen, or any of the other Chinese airlines offering high paying jobs and commutable schedules. There is always another side to the offer.
Chinese aviation can be extraordinarily challenging for Westerners. You will have to deal with the CAAC way of medicals, training, and checking. You will have to deal with inexperienced copilots who have been trained keep moronic habits and violate every known dictum of CRM and good airmanship.
Living in China can be very challenging. The people have adapted to a pressure-cooker lifestyle without the rights, courtesies, and privileges common in the outside world.
You need at least a 6 0n / 2 off schedule to detoxify from the air, water, and government BS. Xiamen is considering a 39 day on / 21 day off schedule. Consider it if you really want the cash and are willing to accept China as it is today.
Think twice before you make any commitments!
