We would not be part of AA and just have a contract like all the other contracts they are trying to void threw bankruptcy..Remeber our MEC gave away our rights to go with the aircraft...Its going to be harder to convince the judge to diversify the feed when AA owns 3200+ eagle pilots...Comair ****ed off delta when they had a strike and grounded delta to a halt..Why do you think airlines whipsaw their regionals now?..guess what? we can't strike because we gave that right up and that TA would of extended our current contract 8 more years...It doesn't matter now because its all in the judges hands and can go in any direction...This was all planned in advance and out of our hands.

FYI I was just saying your cool with pbs and giving in to what managment wants....Gojet might be a better fit for you...
