The 1900 sim clearly has more gauges, different power settings, profiles, but for the purpose of the sim in the interview, just fly the CDI, hold altitude, brief your approach, and use your evaluator to your advantage. Heck, most complex thing i've flown is a Seneca II a few times and a Meridian twice. NOTHING like a 1900, but flying fundamental IFR is the same no matter what a/c your in, with exception to a lot more switches and buttons haha.

To those of you expecting an interview shortly, the only adjustment you have to make is the fact that it will climb out faster, your approach speed will be faster, and your localizer/CDI will capture a lot faster. Other than that, just calm your nerves and fly the plane. Oh, and the sim is very pitch sensitive/unstable. But the evaluator doesn't really worry about that...
