They get absolutely nothing but the minimum of safe operation from A to B. No JRM, no waiving the contract, sick call when sick, fatigue call when fatigued, no CH 9, every MX discrepancy written up, etc. And that has been my "normal individual working schedule and practice" for those of you worried about the injunction.

When we have a CBA with industry-leading scope, pay, and work rules, when Smisek and McDonald have been shown the door, then I MIGHT consider trying to make UAL the best. Until then, let them reap what they've sown.
