Look at it this way, they close Colgan,the 340 are out and the Q's goes to Pinnacle.
Now Pinnacle has no Q's on its certificate and no training set up. after they get a training program in place all of the pilots would have to go to indoc and full training all over again. Now they have the same mess as before.
