I suggest responding to them directly and get it cleared up. There was some back and forth on the Mod boards about this over the last few days, but as I posted above, it has calmed down. Send a PM back to their person for some clarification. As I understand it, "respect" is not a TOS requirement, but is implied in the desire for professionalism across the board.
