This is the internet. But the revenue is real. Anyone remember the whack job Facebook did on Friendster and MySpace? You don't even have to treat your customers badly ... they'll go where the service is best.

Somehow, knowing a little about how the business is run allows me to make them angry at the highest levels although my post was innocuous & common sense.
