This is the internet. Anyone remember the whack job Facebook did on Friendster and MySpace? You don't even have to treat your customers badly ... they'll go where the service is best.Hear Hear! They've made this the good product it is.

Somehow, knowing a little about how the business is run allows me to make them angry at the highest levels although my post was innocuous & common sense.
