Here's whats funny in this industry....
You have a pilot group going through negotiations for a new contract or just pay/new airframes or whatever and the mantra by every other pilot who does not work there is "Hold the line! Don't lower the bar! You lower the bar this time then my airline will not get the raise I deserve and I won't be able to feed my family!"
The pilots hold the line and don't back down, and get screwed anyways. then 1 year later those same ones telling them to hold the line apply at an alter ego/spinup/completely new/foreign company with even lower pay (but hey fast upgrade) because I had to feed my family. Their defense is "you had your chance you turned it down." Not directed at GoJet just all the guys at every airline that have pulled this "don't lower the bar" stunt. I've seen it enough where I know the ones that shout "unity" really mean "my family" 90% of he time...Unity is fantasy
