Past few days have been something here, huh? Next time someone criticizes a politician for "not getting out in front" of a news story, or not handling it the right way think of how this whole mess has been handled...could it have gone any worse? Hard to imagine. Unlike totalitarian governmental systems, here the worst fate you can suffer is be snuffed out of the ether world of APC, so not quite as effective as what those who espouse the same mentality of do-as-I-say out in the real world.

The message everyone is left with? In so many words: Don't upset certain mods (or super mods or elite mods; whatever that hierarchy is) or else. Which mods and how are they each individually upset? We'll tell you that after you've done it. You can't make this stuff up.

I hope we don't have any mods that get upset about poor grammar and punctuation (e.g. "your" instead of "you're"--I know some mods who may be getting some admonishing PMs if thats' the case; but you don't know until you do it, right?)
