I'm sure one of the reasons that G7 isn't knocking on the door asking for the MRJ flying is because our union negotiated that specific clause. It has nothing to do with the mentality that G7 wouldn't jump all over that flying if it could. And this isn't exactly a parallel of "all regionals try to outbid each other." This is an example of an alter ego group that belongs to the same company doing whatever it takes to get more flying at the expense of their "sister carrier." In my opinion, the ill will goes both ways between pilot groups. TSA pilots may be mad, but G7 pilots don't give a damn about how many guys at TSA are furloughed.
