They didn't "grow a pair". They puffed out their chest & Uncle Hulie popped it like a balloon. Their pilot group and tough guy MEC didn't secure the a/c BEFORE they negotiated a new pay rate. Yes. It's their own fault. Not the pilots at G7. But they sure do like to blame every GoJet pilot for their problems.

FACT: The aircraft WERE secured. Trans States Airlines were getting them, the only thing that needed to be negotiated was the pay rate. Trans States Pilots stood firm and demanded fair pay to fly the airplanes.
You know what happened....the Holding Company - Trans States Holdings was formed after the higher ups realized the pilots were united. The Alter Ego Gojet Airlines was spun up as a NON UNION gig to take the airplanes instead. Then eager, selfish, union busting pilots decided to stick it to Trans States Pilots by going to Gojet.
