We will take a brief break from hiring in the spring and then will resume the hiring process in July. From July to December of next year we anticipate hiring an additional 66 which will bring the total number of new hires to approximately 91 over the next year.
I want to make clear to you that the numbers mentioned above are a good snapshot of the growth we are planning for with the information we have as of today. Once again, and I cannot overemphasize this, these numbers could change either way as they are HIGHLY dependant on guys returning from LOAs, retirements, the economy, oil prices, competition, and other factors.
Does anyone know if that planned round of interviews in mid-December ever took place or not. Have not heard anything except for that initial round of interviews in October that resulted in the 18 new hires. Just looking for an update since it has been a while since anything has been posted. Thanks!
