Actually, it is something to be proud of! 18 years in the C-5 (similar to CKA) and 7 years of extensive international executive flying; doing it all yourself and your crew--fix mechanicals with some assistance from home, make all the weather, handling, customs, security decisions and doing it all to the satisfaction of the Boss--is a source of great pride. Not spoon feeding and and holding.
