Knowing one of the instructors there and his background personally, and based on what he has said, the cadre is top notch. They will train you, educate you and impart their knowledge. They will not give anyone a freebie or a pass. Hours and type ratings don't really mean anything. It IS a different kind of flying that requires people who can think and operate outside the "I am the pilot" box.
Attitudes won't cut it and prima donna's need not apply because no one is going to bow down and kiss your pilot ring. Showing up and expecting them to pour the info into your brain while you get to hang out at the bar and tell stories won't cut it.
