Does your airline have a reciprocal cabin Jumpseat agreement with AC? I think you may have to call ahead and list, but I'm not certain on that.

4 hrs should be more than enough time to get to the gate and check in though.

My experience with AC has been VERY positive. They treat you extremely well and usually put you in first class if space is available!
