I'll second that - our country is still innocent until proven guilty. I'm not defending that this guy got pulled over and written a ticket - that doesn't mean he actually has something that he is convicted of. Until he has gone to trial and actually been assigned some kind of conviction he has nothing to report. He should get proper legal representation and face the music.
