I don't work for Koch, however, I do work for a large Flight Department in the Midwest. When you mention anti-enviroment, that is very interesting. I know nothing about Koch's flight department, although, like many other large departments they probably treat you quite well. I do have perspective to speak from as I have been in 4 different pilot unions (Multiple ALPA's and an independent). What I have learned from my current company is that when they treat you very well, take safety seriously, and see you as a valuable assest, then a union is not neccesary.

So back to my original point; you say anti-environment as though, if you have no union, then you are anit-environment. I have never worked in a better environment in my life than where I am now, and guess what, they are anti-union. Why? Because it is not nessecary, as we are all treated very well, therefore we work hard in return. It's not magic, the airlines and others just haven't figured this out yet.
