Yes, it would bankrupt them. That's why we need them to come up with another solution so we can see some sort of compensatory damages. To bankrupt them would let 'em off the hook as they would pay nothing.

On a side note I have two more letters to put on the wall right next to my TWA official conditional offer of employment. I was offered a recall class via certified mail and deferred so had to send a certifcation stating the fact. Well, it passed their certification stating that the class had been cancelled due to the BK filing at AMR. HAH!!! Can't wait to show the Grandkids some day! So, TWA congrats letter, AMR congrats on the recall, and the AMR sorry you're not comin'! LMAO!!!
