How does your regional award master/yearly vacation? At SKYW the top guy can take as much as he has available before the next guy gets any and so on down the line. I have heard that other places the top guy gets a week then the next guy gets a week down to the bottom and then he top guy can take week # 2. Comments on how you like your system also appreciated.
