A lot of Indy guys have come over as of late. If you can find someone to give you a LOR it helps a lot!
I came over from AWAC, and have been very happy so far, although I am still very new so I can't speak to much of the lifestyle from personal experience. I could never stomach going back to the regionals! This place is much, much better!

Even the guys with families seem to like the schedules. You'll be home a lot more than at a regional - especially if you currently commute - it's just all in one big chunk.
