The FAA has now realized something is wrong and has gotten involved. I can only hope the Jan. class can fulfill the needs of the company; otherwise there will be more jobless pilots out there. The rate at which the FO's have been failing out has caused the company to start a Feb class and even a March class. Please make sure this airline is for you. I have seen good friends and great pilots go through the program and wash out. People will 1000 hrs just like the rest of us. Good honest hard working people.
My apologies to our instructors Jerry, Scott and Jen. These instructors along with many mentors are the only reason people make it through training....That and strong willed and talented individuals.
