I'm mired in the ISBAO process my self; not sure if this will help or not.

I'm guessing what they are looking for is something in your FOM that dictates your company's training program and program requirements. How often do you do recurrent? How/when do you do emergency equipment training, winter ops, international ops, etc.?

In the ISBAO Standards I think there's a chapter on training that may be of help.
