Having been in the same situation with a mandatory displacement, albiet many years ago(
), you will not be awarded vacation that conflicts with when you are
projected to go to training. Even if that training is not posted yet on your schedule or any where you can find it.
I should edit this post and say that the above is for bidding next years vacation bidding cycle. Which we are currently doing. If you have vacation that is already awarded for the current year's vacation (Apr 2010-Mar 2011) you will keep your current vacation and they will schedule training around it.
