Wow, thanks! It was right there! Two documents the crew force navigates on a daily basis! After looking in the FEC Policy manual and reading page 9, it directed me to the Alpa Constitution and Bylaws. Which after reading section 13 then directed me to Article III 2F to finally get the answer. Thanks for all of your help! That was soooo much easier than clicking on the LEC page and reading a single source document (that was already posted) of very pertinent information for an upcoming MEC meeting.

Gotta wonder why the information would be removed unless we are purposefully trying to keep many uninformed!
