Simply called "Training Schedule" with these events:

FAA Medical
FSI/CAE Recurrent
Intl Ops Procedures
CRM
BRNAV/PRNAV/MNPS
HAZMAT
AC Emergency EVAC/Equipment
CPR/AED/Forst Aid
FACTS
Winter Ops
Summer Ops
GOM Review (or FOM)
Company/Hangar Emergency Drill
SMS annual Training

We use vendors for everything except a few items which get discussed and recorded at quarterly meeting (we only meet at hangar/office once a quarter for approx 90mins, we aren't office types) Things like "Winter Ops" are a quick review of deice/runway limitations etc. Simple.

We are Stage I ISBAO and auditor liked it a lot. Very quick and easy to see whats due as I will highlight that persons event in RED. They are mainly looking for a way that you track the events, accountability. A simple calendar and notes saved from quarterly meetings was easiest for us.

When asked about "new Hires" I said we dont anticipate any right away and will add a list of items when we do. We will likely be interviewing/adding a pilot soon so I anticipate adding "airplane initial" and a few intro items like Ops Manual review (heres a copy lol) to the list.

We keep/update/distribute this sheet on iPads.

It seems overwhelming at first, but you are likely doing everything you need to be doing...now just document it.

GOOD LUCK!
You said ISBAO and SMS was a joke and now you are an ISBAO and SMS expert, how ironic.

Want a real laugh, just check out what it takes to become as ISBAO "auditor"...

LOL, its what it is, put it on the shelf and consider it done.

FWIW - FSI is supposed to be coming out with an easy template type SMS for all of us who can safely fly now and just want something to throw up when we need to.

No, you dont need an SMS to operate anywhere, and likely wont for a long time (or at least untuil the FAA says you do?) - BUT - if you have the time you might as well get one going?

It seems like it will be inevitable, and hell, a thorough risk analysis before each departure will certainly make you safer.

More clown name calling, obviously everyone is a clown in this guys third grade world, except him, of course.

Arrogant.

Ego.

Maniac.
