I don't even have a job at B6, so not much horsepower behind my thoughts....
.... but I think the pilots (you folks) should get paid more than you do. With or w/o a CBA or Union....it seems to me (again, just an outsider looking in) that you are not being compensated at an hourly rate that is comparable to other majors. Not saying that the pay at jB is bad, just seems a bit lower than avg.
...however, and more importantly, if a person enjoys their career and feels they are fairly compensated for the work they put in, not much else really matters...except maybe job security.
