To the best of my knowledge, probably not exact but in the ballpark...

DAL Scope is limited to a set number of CRJ's which can increased if mainline gets more aircraft. The largest plan allowed is the CRJ 900 which can seat about 90 (with no galley). The AL birds have a galley and first class, so they seat only about 76 (not sure if scope limits the seats to less than 90). I'm also think but not certain DAL has a limit by RJ size, ie x number of 50's, y number of 70's, z number of 90's

UAL is limited to certain percentage of mainline flying, but it's a large percentage about 50% I think. They are limited to 70 seats, and I think they can have as many as they want within their percentage limit.

USA is limited to 90 seaters, and I think it is a fixed number of each size RJ (like DAL) but somebody else should know better than I do.

As fas as I know none of these airlines have any limit on turboprops.
