I don't want it to sound like I'm picking on CLear Right but we have a ton of pilots who come to work, don't get harassed, fly clean equipment and go home. This to them is culture. This is what we are supposed to forgo raises benefits for? I don't think so. If the airline is profitable reward those who help you get there. If the airline is not profitable make the necessary changes to get there. As we are profitable the leadership at Jetblue continues to handsomely reward itself meanwhile the CFO answered a question from an analyst, during the last analyst call, as to whether the pilots would be seeing a raise our dearest CFO responded "absolutely not".
How's that for culture.
