That's fine too, just as long as there IS a next round of hiring. From what I'm hearing and reading there probably will be. I've been involved with airlines that hire too fast, only to have FO's waiting for 2-3 months for a check captain to get their IOE done, that can be a real pain. If Silver has plans to avoid this, it's probably a good thing.
