OK, that changes things significantly. How close to upgrade are you at your regional? You need PIC A LOT MORE than you need another aircraft type. With age 65 retirements coming up, you may find yourself in the left seat at your regional very quickly.

Yes, it's all a crap shoot. My JetBlue interview was for June 2000, the day after I started at United.
