If it's any help, Jake, from a guy who was in your exact situation (literally, we started on the same day) I bailed from Colgan last month. I wasn't necessarily unhappy, though my commute was lousy, and it was a tough decision to give up looming second year pay, but I had an offer at a place where I could get based at home. For what it's worth, I'm in sims at the new place now and I'm really happy with my decision. It's only been a month but I've got no regrets whatsoever. No place is perfect and it's a drag starting the clock over on first year pay, but personally it wasn't worth riding out the tough times at Pinnacle when I had so little invested. The chance to end the commute was what finally sold it for me.
