take the PSA job..if you won't have to commute your QOL will be 1000% better even on reserve. I left another regional after 3.5 years to come to Pinnacle to seek a better QOL, I have no regrets either. I was at a US AIR express carrier and I do not believe that US AIR will be going anywhere anytime soon. Yes PSA is wholly owned but they have been a stable company. Go with your gut feeling and you won't be sad that you did!! good luck.
