Not exactly. Take the total number of hours for the trip and divide by 4.95 (1 hour credit for each 4.95 hours in the trip). But don't think in "days", think hours...and it applies to new hires too. Your 15 day example (exactly 15 days x 24 hours) would be 72.7 for the rig.
