Cruz, you've been around now for a couple months and don't have a clue. Trust me when I say that by having this guy gone is a good thing. He was unprofessional, unethical and unstable. Perhaps your personal interactions with him were on his good days. This guy has single handedly ruined dozens of careers without warrant. Luckily I escaped unscathed and moved on to a major, where I am now a member of professional standards. I xan say unequivocally that he would have either changed his ways or been fired a long time ago had he been at my carrier.
