I just don't understand why, if you're genuinely in favor of hard-fought negotiations to attain the best contract possible, you continuously attempt to explain why we won't get what we demand. Why am I paying dues for this?

You are telegraphing management that DALPA is not going to man up in negotiations. This perception is shared by a large number of us. You are weakening our position!
