It should have read 1997-2001 and then 2001-2004. Is it worth re-sending the package just to correct that small error or is that something I can cover if there's ever a phone interview?
I wouldn't worry about it. It's obvious you're not trying to fake something (do you have a clone out there doing a second job?). Suggestion--unless the phone rings sooner, submit an update in 3 months. When it's time for the interview, you'll be directed to provide the latest version of your resume (among other things) by HR. Either way, the minor error will be fixed.
