- CAL MEC Chairman accepts a company designed plan to give the CAL pilots Profit Sharing and leaving the UAL MEC with no way to negotiate for equal treatment under the TPA. Something about UAL MEC asking for to much."


Then I seem to remember, and correct me if I'm wrong, that Pierce would:

Not sign the letter that the JCBA will not affect the ISL (Like the DAL/NWA boys did) .

This, AFTER the UAL pilots, seemingly in an effort to cooperate, caved in on banding.

AND

Pierce wants all of the UAL pilots W-2's.

Hate to say it, but just because the messenger annoys everybody, don't know why your ire is not raised. Unless just not publically? Question for the UA guys: Doesn't this raise REALLY BIG RED FLAGS with you? Nevermind.. I know it does..it HAS to. You're just not going to say so here...right?
