I've never had Delta pass benefits but I'll give it to you straight: I have both CO/UA bennies but for now they are separate (supposed to be all one in March). Listing on coair.com is easiest. No fee for listing on domestic flights on coair but you have to pay tax on the international stuff. My hire date shows on my listing and I am an SA4C. This generally puts me on average around the middle to top 3rd on the standby list. The UA bennies are not as good (but I've heard the Continental "employee res" system will carry over when they combine everything, we shall see). Most ALL United Express carriers share the same level of benefits, all based around DOH on the standby list. Both CO/UA have service charges for first/business class. Domestic companion passes run about $60 per segment (I tell friends/extended family to buy a ticket on SWA and get a confirmed seat without having to connect if they want one: e.g. MKE-ORD-MCI is $240 roundtrip). That's about it.
