SA4C, where is that in the grand scheme of things? I'm assuming that it is the equivelant to S3C to Delta. Do you get any boost in priority on your own flight? Like Delta we at least are equal w/ mainline on our own flights.

Delta:

S2: X amount given to mainline employees to use to up their priority.
S3: Mainline employees and Connection employees on their own flights
S3C: Connection employees
S4: Buddy Passes (Connection parents are at the bottom of S4, below buddy passes)
Yes, on our own metal we are listed higher: as an SA4A on the Q, and an SA3P on the Saab.
But still below mainline.
